Challange

Dekra industrial lead development in independent inspection, testing and certification of all industries. On a highly competitive market they are in need of great customer management support and effective aids while working out on the field.

Approach

The project created an administration web , iPad tool and customer portal to support the whole work process within Dekra. I have been the lead UX designer, managing the design process within the project as well as focus on holistic and detailed design of interaction and graphics. My responsibility has been to form and articulate complex process requirements and at the same time creating a premium experience for several user groups within the different touch points.

Outcome

  • Three platforms to support the whole workflow within in Dekra

  • Responsive solution for internal and external web

  • iPad app - Work tool while end users work in field

  • Sep up of major guideline of GUI components and interaction flows.
