Challange
Talkdesks driving force is to end bad customer service. This is a software company that builds advanced but easy cloud based callcenters. They are based in Lisbon, Portugal and San Franscisco, USA. We stood infront of the challenge to improve the experience for easily build complex routing that usually is built by people with high technical skills.
Outcome
A UI based desktop concept was developed visualising how customers were transfered through the callcenter. The product ‘Talkdesk Studio’ allows you to design, build and deliver the most intricate customer journeys within a call center. With the analogy of 'what you see is what you get' we were able to build an intuitive UI where the user can use smart routing, complex logic, voice options, in order to transfer the customer to the correct agent.
