Challange
When organisations grow fast you need to understand the culture that will help you deliver great experiences for you customers. This organisation grew fast and had studios ala round the globe. They found it important to understand their culture and to find a common ground on how they could keep building a value driven organisation.
Methods
For this challenge the approach of design thinking was applied. This involved research across their global organisation of 6 offices in Europe and USA. Deep interviews from all levels of the organisation were made. We introduced tools for how to talk about culture and ran workshops with management and staff.
