CLIENT Swedish Tax Agency

Challange

The Swedish Tax Agency is one of the most visited sites in Sweden, with over 40 million visits each year. As the digital development moves fast, so does the state agencies need to follow. They have high demands on being accessible, both when it comes to usability as with new services that will reach all citizens.

Approach

To support the goals of The Swedish Tax Agency there were many contributing projects where I was involved as a UX Lead.

One of the biggest changes for the agency was the implementation of a new responsive web and new graphical profile. I led the work of a new information architecture, coaching web editors in their work of new page layouts, information design, detailing of requirements as well as user testing. I led several service design projects which included user research and workshops. I facilitated ideating sessions for new solutions and created paths toward action and implementation.

Outcome

  • Responsive design for Skatteverket.se

  • Implementation of new digital graphic profile

  • Improved navigation and information architecture

  • Research and design for several new services

  • Extensive guideline for interaction and graphic design
